Minecraft Server Description

Server Rules
No griefing.
Respect other players.
Respect all Admins/Mods/VIP.
No spamming the chat
Respect the buildings of others.
No advertising other servers.
Always ask to get your creations protected.
Do not steal.
Falsely claiming to be part of staff, and/or impersonating a staff member will result in a ban.

Donor Rules
No killing while flying, modding, using /mc or /back command.
No giving items to others, or spawning items in an abusive manner to cause lag or any harm to the server. Doing this will get you banned. Do not build big redstone or piston mechanics as they can cause lag in the server. ( TITANS )
No intentionally allowing yourself to be killed to achieve handing items out.
No abusing of the market.
Not abusing of your commands in any way.
Just because you are a VIP or higher, doesn’t mean your immune to the rules.
Breaking any of these rules will cause you to be permanently demoted ( Losing your Rank. )
Opening PayPal disputes won’t help as you paid as a DONATION ( Towards a cause, free service, person. ) PayPal closes disputes on the spot as they know your payment was filed under this server.

Punishments
kick (Spam warning, swearing warning, Promoting other servers warning.)
Jail (light griefing, Swearing 2nd Warning)
Mute ( Can be merged with jail, Swearing, Using deathorized flying)
BanHammer ( Spamming 2nd warning, Swearing 3rd Warning, Griefing)

PvP Server Rules
1. Griefing is allowed, If anyone tells you otherwise they are lying.

2. Swearing, profanity, harrasing, caps, or any other form of negative influence in the chat is strictly prohibited.

3. Abusing PvP with logging out or teleporting away is a major offense, you can easily get banned if you break this rule.

4. Using plugins in ways which cause exploits is prohibited. Here are some examples:
Creating a chest shop with b1000000$ And using it as a protected chest.
Creating locks on other people’s doors or chests. This doesn’t fall under griefing.
Attacking from a safe-zone with a bow and arrow or sword, telecamping
Telling people to use /kill commands, (‘/killstats’, ‘/kill (name)’, ‘/killchest’, etc)

5. You aren’t allowed to use any benefits that other members don’t have access to, this includes but is not limited to:

Minimaps are allowed.
Graphical mods are allowed. (Better water, 128 texturepacks, better text, etc)
Flying cheats aren’t
XRay mods or texture packs are a bannable offense.
Food helpers aren’t allowed.
High-jump or wall climb cheats aren’t allowed and blocked.
Nukers are not allowed under any circumstances. You will be IP-Banned for use of one of these.
Long-reach Is detectable and bannable.

6. You aren’t allowed to use your donor benefits for personal betterment. Examples:

You can’t lock chests for people in your faction or for a price.
You can lock chests for close friends.

7. You aren’t allowed to spawn-kill just to be mean, lowering power and controlling a player while other players are being attacked is fine, but 5v1s aren’t.

8. You are not to bias your own faction over more important administrative duties. You have to kick or ban people in your faction the same as your enemy’s faction.

9. Spying and internal griefing are allowed, meaning joining a faction for the purpose of gathering information or griefing.

10. Don’t advertise things not relating to legendarycraft or bait people into advertising. Examples:
‘This is my server, check it out: 127.0.0.1′
‘Guys, I made a new minecraft website, see it (HERE)’
‘I want a good minecraft server, anyone got the ip to one?’

There are other ‘courtesy’ rules which aren’t enforced, but are considered good manners:

11. Respect your faction rules. You may be kicked from your faction otherwise. (See #9)

12. Greifing should only be done for personal gain, griefing people’s creations for the sick thrill isn’t nice nor well behaved.
